This is a tender mommy moment for this week.
While we were on our vacation in WI, we had a couple really good thunderstorms, which we (Kevin) miss and love to sit and watch. During one of the storms the thunder was very loud and the lighting very bright. The kids had gone to bed before it started and where dead to the world so we thought. Sometime during the middle of the night, in the midst of the thunder I hear this small little voice "can I sleep with you?" how could I resist such a sweet request as this. Who was it you ask? CASSIE! So not much sleep was had by me as I lay snuggled up with my 6 year old next to me, but I would not change it for the world.
